Get an overview: What has happened? Is anyone hurt? Who is involved? Massing someone?
Emergency measures: Ensure that all casualties are attended to then call 112 for the necessary authorities - ambulance, police, etc.
Contact the employer/companycare in the event of a work accident/work incident, who you are, where you are, what has happened and a phonenumber where you or the management can be reached. Arrange standby phone.
Caretaking of unharmed parties: Arrange a warm drink, i.e. chocolate, coffee, tea. Information: Inform other participants of what has happened. Only provide facts of the matter.
Journalists (and the curious) are refered to the employer.
No one else speaks up.
After accident/incident
All accidencts, and work-related illnesses, regardless of if they lead to absence or not, shall immediately be reported to the closest supervisor.
Incidents of all kinds are reported to the employer, responsible projectleader and safety representative.
The employer contacts the customer - and should the need arise, relatives, insurancecompanies, companycare, or another supportive function.
